Musings are reflections or thoughts. Musings might include a meditation, pondering, rumination, daydreaming, reverie, preoccupation with a topic and sometimes, but not often here, brooding. Creation is always preceded by some form of musing. Creatives must therefore not only have muses, they must be musing a lot.
